Former Chuan Park

The Chuan Park (former Chuan Park) is a redevelopment of the former Chuan Park condo in District 19. The former Chuan Park condo consists of 444 residential units and 2 strata commercial units with a 99-year lease from 6 Jun 1980, sitting on a 400,588 sqft site area.  Under the URA Master Plan 2019, the site has a plot ratio of 2.1 which allows for the new development, The Chuan Park, to house 916 units, subject to URA approval,

It was on May 26th 2023 that the High Court rule the former Chuan Park condo’s successful collective sale to a joint venture of developers, Kingsford and MCC Land. Kingsford and MCC added that The Chuan Park will be “a new-concept residential project in District 19”

The court’s decision validated the collective sale committee’s efforts, with ERA being the appointed marketing agency. Justice Kwek Mean Luck confirmed that over 80% of unit owners (representing 80.93% of share value and total strata area) voted in favor of the sale at S$890 million. The reserve price was S$938 million (launched in October 2021) initially.
